Yin yoga is a deeply revitalizing floor based practice targeting the deep connective tissues that covers muscles, ligaments, bones, organs, cells and nerves! This is aided by sitting in a pose between 3-5 minutes at a time to induce a deep muscular release. Yin yoga is a mindful practice and you will be guided throughout with prompts for self inquiry and meditation.
A very calming and a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating class. A self-healing journey to re-discover You! It is a floor based practice with the use of a lot of props to relieve muscular and mental stress and much more. You walk away with a profound sense of well-being. This class is avaialbe only on a One-to-One basis.
This class combines some of the Restorative poses together with Yin poses to achieve balance and promote healing. Most of the poses are floor based with the use of some props! This class is perfect for anyone having physical tensions or tightness as well as, any emotional and/or mental stresses. It improves flexibility, circulation and calms the mind!
We explore different styles of pranayama practice (including our natural breathing styles and its quality) as prescribed in the Yoga scriptures. You will then be guided through a mindfulness meditation session! A deeply healing and transformative experience.
All classes are available on a One-to-One basis on request!
